Please allow 1-5 working days for processing and packing your order. You will receive tracking info via email when your order has been dispatched. No orders are processed over the weekend or public holidays.

New Zealand

Nationwide tracked courier (North Island) - $7.00 NZD (signature required).

Nationwide tracked courier (South Island) - $10.00 NZD (signature required).

Free shipping on orders over $150 NZD

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days (rural deliveries may take an additional 1-2 days).

Australia

DHL International Courier - $18 NZD 

Free shipping on orders over $150 NZD

Estimated delivery time: 3-10 working days (rural delivery may take an additional 1-2 days).

Rest of world

Unfortunately, at this time we only offer shipping to customers in New Zealand and Australia.

*International customers are liable for any taxes, customs charges, import duties, product restrictions and any other local requirements. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. 

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders placed from outside New Zealand are exempt from GST/Sales tax. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Only items purchased on the botaniq website can be returned for refund or exchange. To make a return and claim a refund or exchange, please email us at hello@botaniq.nz within 14 working days of receiving your order.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

In the unfortunate event that you receive a product that is faulty or damaged during shipping, we are happy to provide you with a full refund or replacement and cover the associated shipping costs.

Ordering Error

Should you make an error when ordering online, we will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and any other additional charges.
